I finally got around to doing PMs again, this time doing PM 6-4. This was a cruel BC, despite SE nerfing it it's still pretty tough if you don't have the right setup. I actually tried this several times over the course of a month until I finally got the win. I used different setups each time, even using pumps we couldn't win. Then when I do win it was a piece of cake lol my setup was RDM(me) NIN RNG BLM WAR BLU. I was surprised at how easy it was. Going in, the guys I were with were totally laid back about it, they didn't even bother bringing CCB pumps. I brought one though. For the fight with the Mammets NIN pretty much supertanked while the rest fought them one at a time. For Omega, it was a pretty much standard fight except for everyone standing back and using ranged attacks, only moving in for WS. I think this is key to victory, because the AoE is just insane especially with a NIN tank, hate is kinda spotty. Still, most of the people actually had a ton of hi-potions thankfully lol. I'm not the best healer, so it was a big help. We ended up wiping at about 5%, but no big deal as we just raised up, healed and killed it really fast. Now, for Ultima they pretty much zerged him the whole fight. As soon as RNG felt like it he WS > Barrage > WS > TP Wing > WS > EES. Needless to say he had the hate the rest of the fight. So he kited it around while I healed him and he would occasionally stop and pop off a few shots. I gravity'd Ultima so it made it kind of easy for him. Rest of the PT just laid into him with whatever they had. Fight was over so quick. I popped pump at about 20% just to help out a bit. No one died and we got win easy. Moving on to PM Chapter 7!
